haul and japan

Hello my pretty makeup girls. sorry, it's been so long since i've posted a new blog. I've just been overwhelmed with life and the recent tragedy with Japan. I think we all know how devastating it is and how much help they need from us and everyone. I will link you with aid relief sites below! Now on a positive note, I have been shopping for some makeup lately. I recently picked up the bare minerals eyeliner which is AMAZING. It doesn't smudge, glides on perfectly and doesn't lose it's color. I also picked up the redken fresh curls line. I got the shampoo, conditioner and curl detangler/refiner. Let me tell you, ALL of these products work great. my hair has been my biggest enemy and it's helped with the frizzyness and poofyness too! Last but not least, i got the too faced lash injection. BEST MASCARA EVER! it makes my lashes full, thick and long. what more could a girl want?! I hope that you all try these out. Have a wonderful day. Links are below, followed by pictures.

Urban Outfitters Bedding

I was recently looking at the urban outfitters website and came across their new bedding! it's soooo cute and more affordable than i thought. i love all the quilt patterns and old vintage vibe materials. Now i know that everyone calls this store a "hipster" store, well because i know hipsters shop there, but to their defense, there are super cute stuff that they have now. Their new apartment section is sooooo adorable. i love all the antique pieces and old fashioned fabrics for chairs! i hope to have their apartment essentials for my own!

OPI Texas Collection

Recently, I bought one of the nail polishes from the new OPI Texas collection! There are so many different varieties of colors, from matte to pastel, to even glitterish! What girl doesn't love that?! I ended up purchasing the "I vant to be a lonestar" and its such a pretty matte light blue color. I was so happy with it! They are available at your local ulta or any beauty retailer! have a great day my beauties! 

An Ulta HAUL!

I recently took a little trip to Ulta a few days ago. I was looking to get some liquid eye liner and the bare minerals matte foundation, but alas they were out. So I started looking around at other things in the store, and two things caught my eye. I have to tell you that I have wanted the Essie nail polish in Chinchilly FOREVER! Every single time I went to ulta, they were always out or just didn't have it. So finally I found it and was very happy. I also had been meaning to get a nice eye shadow palette for spring/summer. I immediately saw the Too Faced Romantic Eye palette. It is apart of their spring 2011 line! Inside the palette is an array of beautiful colors. There's about 6 eyeshadows and 3 high lights. One of the highlight colors actually looks like it could be a blush too. After using the palette a few times, I have to say that I am VERY happy with it and hopefully once I run out of this one, i'll be able to purchase another. The colors glide onto my eyes with ease and stay put! I think every girl needs eyeshadows that don't crease or smudge. As far as the nail polish, it is a beautiful grey/taupe color. The application is very easy and it doesn't chip. I really like that it's subtle, but still very nice and girly!  you can purchase both items at ulta or any beauty store!
